We welcome you to the MonteLago Village Resort, one of the premier resorts in southern Nevada.

This old world charm is located just 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, making it a one of a kind adventure.

• Take I-215 East toward Henderson
• I-215 will turn into and become Lake Mead Parkway (formerly Lake Mead Drive)
• Stay on Lake Mead Parkway (approx. 9 to 10 miles)
• Watch on left-hand side for entrance to Lake Las Vegas Resort
• Turn left into Lake Las Vegas
• At the first stop sign, turn right into MonteLago Village Resort
• The entrance to our resort is just past Casino MonteLago on the left

Our hotel rate is outstanding for a conference anywhere in the Las Vegas area. Every other hotel in the area came back with fees double these. A daily resort fee of $15 and 10% hotel tax will be added on check out. Below is the listing of the rooms currently available and their rates.

To make reservations, please call 1-866-787-1945 and mention group code 10600X to receive the preferred conference rates. Those rates are good from Wednesday, March 4, 2009 through Tuesday, March 10, 2009. If you plan to stay longer, please let me know and we'll get the rate extended a little more. We have a small room block at the moment which can only increase once all those rooms are filled. If reservations state there are no more of a certain type available, email me immediately at EPICon2009@gmail.com and we can add more rooms at that time.
