EPIC is happy to announce that we have managed to keep the cost down for our conference.

Educational Session Presenters receive a $30.00 discount off registration fee plus a small ad free, or half-price on a larger ad.
Membership Perks
As always, EPIC members will get a cut rate on the con fee. Members pay $30 less for the convention. Since membership fees for EPIC are $30 per year, if you are eligible to join, why not join EPIC and get the reduced rate on the convention fee in the bargain?

Deadlines and refund policy:
Registration will be open through February 10, 2009. Full refunds will be provided until December 31, 2008. Until January 31, 2009, 50% will be refunded for cancellations. After these dates, any extenuating circumstances should be brought to the Conference Chairperson, Carol MacLeod, at EPICon2009@gmail.com for consideration.
To register, fill out and submit the following form. Send payment to the Treasurer to complete your registration. Use upper and lowercase. Do NOT use all uppercase (capitals) or your registration form will be rejected.
Note: Fill out this form for each person attending the full conference
I.e., If you and a guest are attending the full conference, fill out this form twice. If your guest is only attending the banquet, fill out this form for you and indicate the extra banquet ticket. If you have any questions, please contact treasurer@epicauthors.com prior to filling out the form.
